Feeding

Not much has been going on here lately. Just feeding cows and breaking ice on water. The weather has been really weird. One day the high's are in the 20's with 30-40 mph winds, and the next day we are in the high 40's. It's got to be hard on the cows.
I've been in weird mood lately. Don't know if it's the winter blues or what. That's part of the reason I haven't posted in a while. I really do like doing this blog. Sometime's I get into my head and have a hard time getting out of it. I'm still getting trying to get a handle on ranch work and everything that goes with it. I love my job but I wonder if I'll ever it get it figured out. There is so much to learn that I let it over whelm me some times. I need to learn one day at a time.
This morning when I went to get hay I disturbed these critters breakfast. And yes they are standing on the bales.
Here's a sunset from the other night.

 Until next time take care

Don't get down hearted on how much there is to learn- just count your blessings that you have the opportunity to make a living at a job you love, give it your best, and the rest will follow. Before you know it, you'll be the old hand sittin and whittlin while the young bucks come to you for advice.
Love the pics, by the way. Spectacular sunset.

I think there are many of us in a winter funk this year. hang in there. Springs around the corner and hopefully better moods for all of us too. I like your corner pictures, especially that first one.

Beautiful Sunset, maybe the deer think they are mountain sheep? :-)
